Excellent value, easy ordering experience, and my new glasses look/fit great

The process was very easy and the glasses came quickly. I do think that the add-on options for the glasses made the price add up fast and so the price that I was initially shown was not very accurate compared to the end result however I do think it was a good experience and I will probably use them again.

It's much easier to purchase through this website than at a store. I can clearly see (no pun intended) all the different options and features, compare them to see what's best for me, and there's no pressure. This is second time I've purchased through Glasses.com and I'll definitely be coming back.

They partner with LensCrafters who will do adjustments for free. I've purchased 3 pairs from Glasses.com and I am very happy with the eyewear. I will continue to shop with them.

Cute frames but the quality is horrible! The letters on the temples of the frames fell off (nothing was done to make the letters come off). I called in to customer service and the rep apologized and sent me a replacement pair, a couple of wks later the new frames were missing letters from the temples too! Photos can be provided!
