I wish I had read this review board before I ordered from Glasses.com. Their phone system does not actually allow you to talk to a person. If you do get lucky enough to fool the phone system into connecting you, they will hang up on you. Chat is not any better. After chatting with an agent for over 20 minutes, finally getting her to the point that she could assist, she abruptly ended the chat with no resolutions. The glasses I ordered did not work for me. Took me numerous tries over several days to figure out how to fool the sytems to accept my return. First it said my glasses were not eligible for a refund when their website says 100% money back guarantee within 14 days of receipt. This company should be reported to the BBB.

I was having trouble placing my order online, it could not find my insurance. I called and had a wonderful customer service rep that placed the order for me. She went above and beyond to help Thank you so much! They are super fast received my glasses in a few days!

Follow up… on Oct 31 I wrote that I had been trying to return a pair of glasses and could not get a response either through their website form or through their “contact us” email. They responded to my review with a supposedly magical email address that would solve all of my problems. I emailed that address. I have STILL not gotten a response! The website says you can return glasses. Why else would anyone buy glasses online? I have made 4 attempts by various means of communication to return glasses and no one has responded except through this review site pretending to be helpful. I am about ready to call them a scam!
