The quality of the glasses, ease of shopping and adding insurance benefits were great! I was a little nervous about buying glasses without trying them on but it turned out to be a non-issue in the end.

It took much longer than expected. I was reimbursed for half the price I paid because of the company mistakes that were made. The glasses look great but they are very heavy and leaves more marks on my nose than I am used to.

Your company is an absolute joke I have had I believe five remakes of my glasses every single time they are incorrect the first time you had the bifocals solo that I couldn’t see anything. Plus the prescription was completely wrong. Same with all the other times they’ve been completely wrong so I just had to end up going somewhere else and taking those glasses and just sending them back because you don’t measure the eyes your customer service they’re so so so rude And I would never ever recommend you to anyone ever again

The selection and ordering process was easy and intuitive. I’ve ordered prescription sunglasses from here before and the experience was great both times. My only complaint is that when the glasses arrived, the earpieces were bent and crooked. Nothing my eye care provider couldn’t straighten out, but it was surprising that they came delivered that way. Based on the packaging being very secure, they must have been bent prior to shipping.

The selection and products offered are outstanding. My glasses arrived ahead of schedule; not new to on-line shopping, and in great condition. Great packaging. The frames looked better than on-line pics and the whole package was great. The bows were too long and messed up my glasses staying in position; but a call to GLASSES.COM revealed I could get them adjusted at LensCrafters. Once there, they quickly and professionally took care of the adjustment. Little did I know, I could have done it myself, my bows are flexible and easily adjustable the required fit.

Great selection. Easy to find what I wanted. Easy to upload insurance details.

The price was cool, although the glasses were on sale. They fit perfect
