Great service from website order but disappointed on frames not looking like virtual photo- I should have went into a physical store to try on frames rather than ordering online. Also the Transitional lenses take a very long time to return clear when come inside from outdoors so typically I am back to using my old frames these were to replace.

My order is usually fulfilled super fast. The site could have more discounted prices regarding designer frames and lenses but overall I can’t complain.

Glasses.com made the extra effort to make sure my glasses were right. I didn't fill in my prescription information correctly originally, and they made it easy for me to send my glasses back and get the lenses redone. Beautiful glasses, very fair price, and very competent customer assistance by phone. Thanks again! Very satisfied customer.

I ordered a pair of glasses 1/3/2024 and they didn't ever get processed through correctly. Glasses.com made this right by paying for my new set of glasses Which were ordered 02/03/2024 they came with in a week and a half from the second order. I think Glasses.com went above and beyond to make it right after my first Order number: 7065779023009 failed. I would 100% recommend on the basis of honesty and just doing the right thing.
