Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with. I have a cancellation email and they still charged my card and will not take back contacts. Cannot speak to a human...all on texts. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I went to Glasses.com and chose some glasses and set up my prescription and lens choices and at 30% off was $238. I didn’t order so I received a 40% off offer, the a 50% off offer. I ran my choice in frames and lens at 40% off and then at 50% off and got the same price - $238. I then went to Costco and bought the glasses - similar frames and same lens - for $85. Glasses.com is a scam.

Purchased glasses and the lens was defective. Tried to get it replaced and they said it isn’t covered even though it was their fault work. SCAM Update: the messaged me below but ended up ghosting me again. Major SCAM. If I could choose no stars, I would.
