Although the ordering process went pretty well, the Ray Ban frames that I purchased are defective. I have tried multiple times to contact glasses.com to discuss repair/replacement. Unfortunately they do not respond to customer inquiries. I would recommend glassses.com to anyone.

Ordered from them twice due to my insurance company going through them. Each time the glasses were over $300 and yet they arrived crooked. I was told to bend them into shape. I don’t know about you but I don’t want to bend $300 glasses! Zenni with $10 glasses is far superior. Can’t believe how ugly and crooked my glasses arrived!
