Client Service Agent Jem, was a Gem!
What made this experience exceptional was the genuine concern, care, and attentiveness shown by the agent, Jem. Her customer service was truly impeccable. As someone from the person‑to‑person generation, I felt that Jem offered me the same level of respect and consideration she would want for herself — the true embodiment of “Do unto others…” Her patience, knowledge, and understanding immediately put me at ease and made resolving my issue feel effortless. Jem carries a rare blend of competence and compassion that is increasingly hard to find. If I could, I would clone her — because as I build an entity centered on caring for others, I recognize how invaluable it is to have someone who understands the heart of customer care. Give Butter chose well when they selected Jem. In my opinion, she deserves a promotion to Senior Client Care Coordinator and a raise equal to the excellence she delivered today — five stars, multiplied by five. If she ever decides to depart from Give Butter, I hope she finds me somewhere in the world. She'd have a place with a True Sister! Empress
