After 14+ years of using various online bidding platforms for our relatively small non-profit's fundraisers, we just switched to Givebutter. It's been a bit of a challenge getting some of our volunteers to accept the changes, but the price savings are a huge plus for us, and I have been consistently impressed by the level of tech support, and the evidence of continual improvement in their features. In addition to other paid services, I've used another free service, and Givebutter surpasses that service without question. I will say that I feel there are still some improvements that could be made to their auction management interface, but I'm confident that those are being addressed. And the auction participant interface is fine.
