Easy and getting "butter" all the time
This program is very easy to use, and I recommend it for experts and new fundraisers alike! Their Customer service is impeccable whenever I do need it, and they always help me find a solution. They are also always trying to improve!

Account Closed WITHOUT warning or assistance
We're a small non-profit based in Charlotte NC. We opened an account, followed all requirements, established a 501c3, opened a Candid account and GiveButter Closed our account without notification. They claimed we were in violation of their terms of service and offered no explanation. Choose another provider.

On July 2, 2026, we sent an email requesting that you complete additional identity verification due to concerns about potential fraud. Our systems show that the email was received and opened, but we did not receive a response, so we were forced to close your account to help protect the security of Givebutter and its users. Incredible platform
Incredible platform - I cannot recommend GiveButter enough. I used to pay thousands a year for less features with an organization I worked for. When I started my own nonprofit, I researched everything. GiveButter was the right price - and I had assumed (wrongly) the product and service would be garbage. I was so amazed, and tell everyone I know about this company. Thank you for your service to nonprofits!

Suspicious acting thing here.....do not trust it. My favorite charity will no longer get money now. It's really not funny how much the charities like give butter.

Love the chat feature
Love the chat feature so I can always get an answer to what I'm working on. The customer service people seem to legitimately care about my projects, which is awesome!
