We are using the 'tap to pay' option for our fundraiser and GB was very helpful in getting that set up so it worked. We walked through all the possibilities and finally came across the issue and got it resolved. Thanks GB!

Givebutter is an amazing platform, but even better, they have actual customer support! Some kind of caching issue arose, that was totally perplexing me and the AI support. Rather than looping me through useless hoops and making me want to scream (like AI support every other company in the world), the AI quickly identified it could not help, and quickly connected me to human support. AJ, then reviewed the issue, identified the root cause, and helped me resolve it and get going!! My experience with Givebutter support is night and day difference to practically every other company, app, website, organization, etc. that I have to deal with, and it made my day!
