The company makes creating a donation seamless and easy
The company makes creating a donation page easy and anytime I had an issue such as not knowing how to do something they have humans behind the scenes to help you with whatever you need. And that is important in this day and age.

Overall integration from external platforms into one central place.
Overall integration from other platforms in an easy-to-use interface with lots of flexibility to tailor to individual needs. Set-up to importing existing data has been very beneficial, gathering 10 years of history into one place. We can now see a complete historical picture of contacts and transactions to improve outreach and communication.

Wow, 10 years of history all in one place! That's amazing, Rick! So glad the setup and data import went smoothly and that having everything together is helping your team better understand and connect with your supporters. Thanks so much for sharing this, and wishing you all the best with your continued outreach!

An additional $30 was taken from my donation to a local charity to go toward givebutter without my consent. When I asked for my money back, Givebutter tried to explain that it helps keep their costs low and asked if I wanted to reconsider. I said no and I wanted my $30 back. I was told it would be credited within 5-7 days. That was 9/17/26. It is now 10/2/26 and I still don't have my credit back I tried responding to a prior email, and I received an email back saying I was blocked.
Response from GivebutterOct 3, 2026
Hi Rick, we’re really sorry this has been such a frustrating experience. If the $30 tip was added unintentionally, we’re absolutely happy to return it. It may be worth taking another look at the final charge on your statement, as some refunds are processed as reversals. When that happens, you won’t see a separate $30 credit. Instead, the original charge is adjusted, and the $30 simply drops off. If you’re still seeing the full amount, please reach out to us with your donation details. We’d be happy to look into this with you and make sure everything is taken care of.
