Hi Tatiana! 💛 Such lovely feedback; thank you! We’re so happy to hear the team could help and keep you supported the whole way. We’re always here if you need anything else, and we love seeing all the amazing work you’re doing!

Although the concept of the platform and most of the functionality is stellar, the abysmal support makes it worthless. there is no quick way to resolve anything and the support staff best is to give you a link which you probably already read. i have wasted countless hours with horrible, unknowledgeable support staff. Buyer Beware!
Response from GivebutterFeb 25, 2026
Hello Rob! We want to sincerely apologize for the experience you had. We completely understand how frustrating this has been, especially with your event just days away and needing to communicate with your ticket holders. It’s absolutely not what we want for anyone using Givebutter. I’m truly sorry that this led to hours of back-and-forth and caused unnecessary stress. Please know that we’ve shared your feedback internally to improve. I also want to confirm that our engineering team is actively monitoring the DNS connection to resolve this as quickly as possible. We really appreciate all the work you’re doing with your events and nonprofit mission, and we never intended for you to feel this way.

We are very happy with Givebutter. This is the fourth platform we've tried and while there are changes I'd like to see (like team pages looking different than campaign pages), we think it outshines the rest.
Response from GivebutterFeb 11, 2026
Christie, yay! So glad we’re making things easier and standing out from the rest. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

I am new to the non-profit world, having just created a new nonprofit. I contacted the "Give Butter" chat and learned more from Eve (on chat) than I did by reading about donations online over the past month!
Response from GivebutterFeb 11, 2026
Cyndi, that’s so great to hear! Happy Eve could make things easier and help you get going with your nonprofit.

WE have been a client for 3 years now and learn something new each year. AS we get to know the app we find it more and more usefull. This year discovered how handy the CSV downloads were to organizing our charitable poker tournament. Genie for Givebutter Chat was especially helpful in composing an email for distribution.
Response from GivebutterFeb 11, 2026
Hi Bill! Wow, three years, that’s amazing! So happy to hear you’re discovering new ways to make things easier each year. It’s awesome that the CSV downloads and Genie helped with your poker tournament prep and emails. Thanks for sharing your experience and for sticking with us all this time, Bill!

The most impressive aspect of Give Butter is their outstanding customer service--available at all times. In a long email thread, when one rep became otherwise occupied, another rep would pick up the thread in a short space of time. All reps were knowledgable, patient and offered excellent, consistent solutions for our issues
Response from GivebutterFeb 4, 2026
Aww, this is so sweet of you, MaryBeth! We’re thrilled to hear that our team has been able to support you so well. It really makes us happy to know our help is making a difference for you. Wishing you continued success and smooth sailing with all your fundraising!
