Gift Baskets OverseasReviews of giftbasketsoverseas.com

I had being doing research for a couple of weeks trying to find a reliable online store for delivery to Romania. I stumbled onto this store and have been thoroughly impressed by what I experienced. The customer service is excellent and prompt. I ordered a gift basket and asked for delivery on a weekend. And, they delivered. On Time! Definitely recommended! Kiran

We recently bought a basket to send to the Azores. The basket (Joyous Tidings to Azores) on the website looked really nice, with really high quality products. However, the basket that was delivered had the cheapest products that they could find. I know, because I lived in the Azores for years, and I know what those products costs. They have a disclaimer on their websites that reads: 'Basket shape & design and exact brand selection may vary based on local availability at delivery location.' It was not a different brand, but a different product altogether. This was suppose to be a special Christmas gift, which turned out to be quite disappointing. The packaging on the website is very Christmassy, the package we received was just random, cheap corner shop supermarket products with very poor quality Here is a description of what the website describes, and what we received: Website description: 1 x Box of Marich chocolates/sweets (40 euros) 1 x Box of Nonni’s Original Biscotti (20 euros) 1 x Box of Beth’s Chocolate Chip Cookies (Exclusive Brand) 1 x Box of King Leo Peppermint Puffs (20 euros) 1 x Box of Rovelli Caramels (Exclusive Brand) 1 x Box of Marshmallows (Exclusive Brand) 1 x Box of Walker's Mini Shortbread Rounds (7 euros) 1 x Box of Candy Apple Caramel (Exclusive Brand) 1 x Big snowman 1 x Extra Option: Bottle of wine What we received: 2 x Boxes of chocolate (4 euros) 1 x 1 Jar of chocolate powder (2 euros) 1 x 1 Jar of peanut butter (2 euros) 1 x 1 Bag of candy (1 euro) 1 x 1 Box of caramels (2 euros) 1 x Bag of marshmallows (1 euro) 1 x Box of 'Knock Off' Oreos (1 euro) 1 x Box of Cocoa Dusted Truffles (2 euros) 1 x 1 Box of ‘queijadas' (1 euro) 1 x Big snowman (Unknown Price) 1 x Small hanging snowman (Unknown Price) 1 x Star ornament (Unknown Price) 1 x Extra Option) Bottle of wine (Unknown Price) In the end they told me that I received exactly what the website describes, and that the only difference was the basket. They offered me a $25 store credit which I will never use. I'd like to add that the basket did arrive on time, however it was just a disappointment.

This has been one of the best shopping experiences. Thank you to all of the wonderful women at this company who accommodated my requests, and made sure that I received the best product and services. My order was perfect, timely, and beautifully decorated. I look forward to using this service again and again. S.

This is the second Christmas that I have used Giftbasketsoverseas.com. Such attentive and courteous staff. The gift was delivered on time and has received much praise from the recipient. I could not have pulled off such a delivery without the kind assistance of the folks at Gift Baskets Overseas. Thank you and Merry Christmas, Candy P.

I'm from the Philippines and my partner is currently working in Kuwait. A month ago, i was so worried on what to give to my boyfriend on his birthday given that he is abroad. I first decided to send him a material gift thru courier, however I was quite worried if it will come on time. So I searched online for a company which delivers gifts abroad. I happened to see Gift baskets overseas. I checked all the reviews and there are so many and everything seems positive. Thus, i never hesitated. I sent them a message and they replied right away. They are very accomodating and nice. My partner received the Black forest gift cake together with the greeting card just in time. He was so happy and so I am. Thank you so much gift basket overseas and to all the employees behind it. It means a lot to me.

Great company. Great products. Great customer service. I was called to verify my purchase. I entered the discount code incorrectly and without being asked the company refunded the discount to my credit card. Can't get more honest. I totally recommend this company

wooow, I'm very surprised that the arrangement was done properly. ever since i processed the order and payment, they called and keep me updated until delivery time and it was right on time like i expected! Thank youuuuuuuuuuuu giftbaskets! :)
