Was blown away by this place! I purchased a gift for a family member who lives in a very remote location, and this basket even making it to her was the talk of the town. It was packaged beautifully, arrived on time, and customer service was great. 10/10!

As a global company, we wanted to provide the same type of gift in four different locations around the world. I had excellent communication with a friendly and service-minded representative who helped me find the right solution. The gifts were delivered as expected, and our colleagues were very happy with them. I would gladly use Drinkable Gifts company again.

The delivery was impressively quick, and the item arrived within a very short timeframe, which I appreciate. That is why I am giving three stars. However, the product I received was significantly different from what was advertised on the website. The quantity was notably less than suggested by the product images. Considering the price and the destination country, it is reasonable to say that I would have expected the total cost—including delivery—to be closer to one third of what I paid. The product itself was of poor quality and not suitable to give as a gift; in fact, it was quite disappointing. I must say, the customer service team responded very quickly and offered a highly satisfactory resolution.

Dear Mr. Neil Jolly, Thank you for sharing your experience with us and for highlighting the positive aspects of our service. We truly appreciate your transparency. On a different note, we apologize for not addressing your feedback sooner regarding the gift delivered. Unfortunately, this platform did not notify us about your review in time, and we certainly did not want to leave your concerns unattended. With that in mind, our team has already reached out to you to discuss the issue and ensure your complete satisfaction. Thank you once again, and please check your inbox for further communication. Warm regards, DrinkableGifts Team

Me resulta interesante el que preparen regalos, en diferentes paises.

Delivery was very late. Also, a birthday hamper is supposed to look good, at least decent, which was not the case. Really disappointed. They need to find better delivery partners UPDATE - Drinkable Gifts contacted me with an apology. They offered a 10% credit on the total order. Excellent customer service! However, the whole purpose of arranging a gift is to remember the occasion & no amount of apology can bring back those lost moments. I have updated my review to 3 stars from 1 star.

Dear Queena, Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. We understand that once the occasion has passed, no action can fully ease the disappointment. Nevertheless, we’re glad to hear that the compensation helped, even if just a little, to smooth things over. While the remote delivery location did impact the experience due to its influence on our processes, we are committed to improving these to provide a better experience moving forward. Our best wishes to you.
