I wanted to send a hamper on the occasion of Christmas to a special friend who lives in Latvia. I am an Indian based in Bangalore and I was wondering how will I ever manage the logistics. Thankfully, a Google search led me to giftbasketsoverseas and it seemed like the merchandise was not only well selected but also fairly priced. Most of all, I was impressed by their claim of delivery within 48 hours, though I was a bit skeptical. But I placed my order regardless. As promised, the hamper was delivered in Daugavpils, Latvia on Dec 24 morning. WELL DONE (external reference) and I wish you the very best in your business endeavours.

It took me three years, gifts across multiple countries and many impeccable fulfillment from GiftbasketOverseas to write this review. So u can understand what a nosy customer I am :). If they can satisfy me, trust me, you would be no exception. I always had a lot of "when to be delivered", "how to be delivered", "Digital proof", "last minute ordering" and what not. But I must appreciate the team for patiently giving me a hearing and delivering exactly the way I wanted, even on a Sunday at times. The entire team, communication and experience was wonderful. I am most grateful for the superb customer service that I received from Gift Baskets Overseas. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend who lost her husband recently. Unfortunately, I had her old phone number on the order. Customer service reached out to me through both e-mail and my home telephone number to let me know that the phone number was incorrect. It took me a day of so to find her new phone number; but once I did I called customer service. They verified the recipient and since it had been a few days and the flowers I had ordered were wilting, they sent her a fresh bouquet. My friend called right away to thank me for the beautiful bouquet of flowers she had received. I am most grateful to Gift Baskets Overseas for their excellent customer service!
