Gift Baskets OverseasReviews of giftbasketsoverseas.com

I am in the US and ordered a gift basket for my brother in Argentina. His birthday was on a Sunday but that was not a problem for Giftbasketsoverseas. After ordering I got a call very soon after to verify I was who I said I was and then my order went through straight away. The basketr was delivered on time by a lovely man from Canals and was exactly what I had ordered. I then also got an e-mail next day (time difference) to advise that the order had been delivered. Excellent customer service, will not hesitate to use again and happy to recommend to anyone. Well done!

I ordered a bottle of Champagne and chocolates to be delivered to my daughter in California as a surprise congratulatory gift. Unknown to me the delivery service they use is FedeX.... FedeX tried the delivery to the door on a friday afternoon and left a slip that showed where she could pick up the gift and the hours they are open... Giftbaksetoverseas kept saying that FedEx makes 3 delivery attempts but the reality is Fedex will not let you know when they are in the area, so any possibility of being home is miniscule...The gift was NOT left at the door because it is alcohol and needs a signature by someone over 21!! This should have been made clear at the point of purchase! When I complained that this item will NOT be delivered, Gift basket said it was NOT their fault! Such terrrible customer service... So, if you want to surprise someone with a gift like this, don't use these folks. My daughter is having to go pick up the gift somewhere in the boonies...$130 value it is not! ****one unhappy mom***

This is incredible service and I will definitely use them again and spread the word! I cannot tell you how important the order was to us and it was completed just perfect. The care and thoughtfulness from the team has been wonderful!! I'm a very satisfied customer.

I have been using gift baskets overseas regularly and always find their service excellent. If there are any difficulties when trying to fulfill an order they keep me informed and respond quickly and efficiently.

My first order from the company was a wedding bouquet for my sister who was getting married in Denmark. Guys from customer support readily answered all my questions and even helped me to choose a wedding arrangement (the choice was so huge that I couldn’t make up my mind). I always use their service since and they hold out their helping hand to me many times.

What I liked about this company is that they delivered exactly what I needed. I’ve used some companies before but you know they have such a tendency to replace the shown gifts with others of lower quality. Gift Baskets is the different. I made some orders already and have no complaints. Ordered was delivered at the appointed time.
