I placed an order on 06/28/2020, for almost $1200 and have yet to receive any information other than it was a special order and would be shipped within 3-5 business days- that was on 07/03/2020. But my credit card was charged 06/30/2020. I have called more times than I care to count, only to be disconnected after a period of time. Emails through the website have gone unanswered. I understand there may be delays, but to not keep customers informed is just unacceptable. I would caution anyone against using this website.

Placed an order on 6/29/20 for over $1200. Have yet to hear anything and no one will respond to phone calls or emails. I can’t even get a hold of them to cancel the order. I’ll be disputing the charges with my bank to get a refund. Oh and since this seems to be the only way to communicate with you.... My order is #175943. Cancel it and refund the FULL amount immediately. This place is a joke, run away from them. Pay the extra few dollars to get parts from a company that respects their customers. UPDATE: Interesting you have enough time to respond to negative reviews, but don’t have enough time to process orders, answer the phone, or reply to customers emails. Also interesting how most everyone’s order is ready to ship after they leave a bad review. Maybe you should direct your business model to provide better service vs defending the total lack of customer service. My original review stands.

What a lame outfit to get a product from. Then after calling them for 9 minutes on hold then to drop on my end and no prompts...other than lounge music playing....and no reply from 2 times to contact them in text on their website of a order from 6-29-20. But Hey...they respond only to a (review website) and not their own site to customers that have paid and not received a item. Time for the AG to get involved.

Worst company ever, you pay they keep and you never receive you item, absolute worst customer service ever

I ordered chrome center caps for a Ford police interceptor utility. I ordered on May 29th and it’s now July 16th I have emailed twice inquiring about the parts. But no response. I am getting worried as they took the money the day I ordered. I wouldn’t trust this site as it has taken way too long.

I ordered some parts online, got the confirmation and money was removed from my account. A few days later I got an email telling me I had ordered the wrong parts and to advise them of what I wanted to do. I answered promptly and a couple days later got another of the same email. Ended up with 4 identical emails asking what I wanted to do and I answered them all. Then I get an email saying since I had not responded my order was cancelled. Tried calling customer service several times and no one answered the phone. If this is their "new normal" I will avoid them in the future. Edit: After finally getting through to customer service, I finally have the correct parts on order. Hopefully I will get them in a reasonable time. This has been a frustrating issue at best and things will get better

Ordered parts for a Mazda 3 and have yet to receive an update with any information. My “special order” was supposed to be in the warehouse two weeks ago. I ordered these parts on June 25th. No response to emails or phone calls. Extremely unsatisfactory service team. EDIT: 174123 is the order number EDIT: I was NOT answered by anyone. To say you had a team member explain the situation is unmistakably asinine and a blatant lie. 100% wrong and your company is a complete fraud. Fact check yourselves before claiming such wild comments. Your company line kept me waiting with lobby music. No response to emails either. Using the pandemic to rip people off is remarkably foolish. My name on Trust Pilot does not reflect my real name, but my order does. I repeat, no one had answered my calls or emails. I have asked for my money back and have also contacted my credit card company. UPDATE: A refund and cancellation was processed. Received a call back.

ordered on July 4th it is 10 days later they sent an email saying they sent it, no tracking word for word what everyone else is saying. at this [point i want my money back. DO NOT USE SITE ITS A SCAM. found the company the real one its not this name. they said they're short handed okay ill buy that they said theyll overnight it, we shall see wont we..******a part came the next day. not the part he ordered.
