Core refund scam!
I purchased an ABS control module for a 2009 F-150. It was considerably less in price from local Ford dealer IF you receive your core charge back. They are refusing to refund stating I did not return some core labels they stated were in the box. Nothing was in the box except the poorly packaged part. They stated"our hands are tied and there's nothing we can do". I actually ended up paying more than local dealer when adding in the high shipping charge and tax.
