Placed order 15 days ago and still not shipped?????????? Need I say more. Probably going to be an ordeal to get a refund. Would give 1/2 star if I could.

Got through and cancelled my order, so once the refund goes through at least I can say that portion of the order went smooth. Placed an order 9 days ago for a weather strip. Only after I placed the order was I notified that it had to be a special order. An email stated it would be shipped within 3-5 business days. I ordered the same part on RockAuto that had a 1 day delay and still received it before the one from this site even shipped.

Absolutely out of line. Mislead over and over and over again in the ordering and follow up process. I understand things come up, but they don't seem to understand that they have real human beings with real automobile parts situations, and when they mislead (intentionally because of their incompetence), that crosses the line. I was patient and worked with them for weeks while my car was dead in the water and stranded in a strange town..and all they could do was lie about the status of my order, over and over. This company needs to loose business to the point they make changes. Do not work with them. (btw, they responded very promtly...like within an hour to this review...haha, if they gave that kind of attention to their orders and their customers, there wouldn't be a problem). I reiterate, do not work with them.

I ordered two pieces of trim for my mother's car over three weeks ago. I was told one of the pieces had to be special ordered. That was almost two weeks ago and no shipment yet. I have sent numerous emails and have gotten zero replies. At this point I need to get the parts elsewhere but need a refund on this order to do so. Don't see me getting a refund if they won't even reply to emails. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER order from this website again.

I ordered parts from this company and so far everything I found out is fraudulent!!!!

It’s been 12 days since I ordered my part and yet to receive it. I’ve emailed and called multiple times and can’t get no one to get back to me. Ya can just refund me my money at this point

I ordered parts 3 weeks ago and can’t gat a status. I have emailed, submitted status requests and called. No one will answer or reply. Terrible customer service.

I've been looking for inside trim for awhile I gave them my vin number and they got me the right one.
