Warning: this is a 3rd party autobody. In stock doesn’t mean ships tomorrow. It took 2 weeks before my 2 ford OEM parts were shipped. Then, both boxes were aleardy opened…were these returned or used parts? Who knows. They worked, but it’s not worth the delay and headache.

$25 for shipping for spark plug wires. Two weeks to get them. I would recommend paying a little more for something and avoid this seller.

Unfortunately it was not a good experience with my order. Price was good until the charge of shipping. I thought I would get it in a two to three days. That never happened, I had to email and ask where is my shipping information, at that time I was toldcits on back order. Are you kidding me, they could have told at the of Purchase. Very aggravating. Horrible communication!

The first thing I don’t like about this fender is you cannot call and talk with anyone had I known that I would’ve never ordered from them. next, it takes some days before you can get your refund back on returns and you must pay shipping on any returns. So my word is I will never buy from this company again. They need better customer service. Other than chat!

So far, not impressed at all with this company, their sales tactics, or their inventory management. Ordered two parts for a 2012 jeep compass, both showing in stock and ready to ship on their website. Got charged for both, and a day later got an email notification that due to supply issues, one or more of my "specially ordered parts" may take a little while to arrive, and they will let me know when it gets to their warehouse, so that they can ship it to me. I'm sorry, but I don't think that meets the definition of being an "in stock" item, which was the whole reason I chose to order from getoem parts in the first place. As the old saying goes.... Buyer beware.

In their defense, they (slowly) delivered the part I ordered, which was wrong. They claimed to allow returns, but after two weeks+, they have not provided a way to do that, even though they said it would take 2-3 days processing. Basically, they take the money and run. Don't do business with them unless this is acceptable to you.
