Dear Ahmad, I do apologize for your experience.. We run very tight fraud filters, and you order was highlighted as a potentially fraudulent transaction. I see in your order details that a very detailed email stating why we had to cancel the order was sent to the email associated with your order. In reviewing your order, I do see where you elected not to supply the requested VIN# so that our team can confirm your selection in our detailed factory catalogs. We do ask for this information in several places and then again on the checkout page. to ensure that the item selected is correct for your specific vehicle. UPDATE Good morning, Jacqueline - We have compared the weather strip against your VIN (thank you for supplying it), and it is indeed the correct weather strip for your vehicle. The part number has been superseded by Ford to a new number and, with that, it is common to see slight variations in appearance.
