Incredibly rude. Very poor customer service. I checked the vin number for a part to maje sure it fit. The website said it fit. It did not. They wouldn't take a return because the original cardboard box that it came in was gone. The box was destroyed when it arrived. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I specifically ordered a front bumper emblem for my Chevy Malibu and they sent me the rear emblem in error. CSR was very rude as if she woke up on wrong side of the bed. Did not apologize or take responsibility for error. Very rude.

The most important thing you need to know is that this is part of Tasca car group/Tasca.com. Your customer service is horrible they have nothing in stock they will take your order and then tell you you have to wait weeks to get what you need.

in the process of ordering a part and it's almost impossible to reach someone.... I've been calling on my phone for over an hour now and can speak with anyone..... I will probably be able to leave a better review when I can actually reach someone.... but right now.... I'm annoyed....

I ordered a coil spring and shock tower bracket for my f250. I received the driver side with I needed the passenger side. I tried calling multiple times and press 1 for the online orders in just rings and rings no one answers the phones. I sent 3 emails still no replys???

Awful company! I ordered a replacement sway bar for my Ram 1500. I entered my VIN as suggested. They did verify my Links were incorrect and switched them for me but they sent me the incorrect stabilizer bar. I notified them that they sent wrong part and they told me they would not refund because I installed it on truck. I sent a reply email stating we never installed because it is clearly the wrong part and can not be installed. Never got a reply back from them. Now I'm stuck with a $300 stabilizer bar.

First of all, let me say that I ordered the part (sideview mirror cover for Ford Explorer), and then thought of checking the reviews for this place. Well yikes, I was beating myself up for not reading the reviews beforehand as I normally would, and just figured, oh well, I’ll never get the part! That said, my experience was no less than GREAT! Upon submitting my order, I received an email stating that the part did not match the VIN # provided. There were about 3 email exchanges to confirm the correct part and order. The package even arrived a day earlier than indicated. I wish to commend Johanny for providing excellent customer service and to the company for identifying my error in the first place.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, phone system just sends you in circles. They shipped me an empty box.... no part no packing just a long box for a running board with nothing in it. Now they are ignoring my emails and won't answer the phone. Place is a joke
