Hello Will, Thank you so much for your review and we apologize for the lack of communication that may have inspired your initial frustration. Unfortunately, Rhode Island has been placed on a two-week, statewide quarantine. https://www.wpri.com/health/coronavirus/rhode-islands-2-week-pause-heres-what-you-need-to-know/ This quarantine has adversely affected our current staff and as a result, many customer service representatives are out of the office. Our remaining representatives are working diligently to service our customer's inquiries promptly. We currently can service around 200 emails per day but unfortunately, that is only a fraction of our incoming emails. With that being said, I feel your review is perfectly fair given the current circumstances. As a company we would never disregard a customer's question, however, at this point, it may take a couple of days to get a response from our customer service representatives. Again we appreciate your review and assure you we will be back to full staff shortly. We greatly appreciate you and everyone's patience during this time.
