Fast shipping I ordered online I put my VIN number in they told me that wasn't a right part for that VIN number and gave me the correct part and the price difference which it was cheaper good service and I receive my part in 2 days

It's been almost a month now and my part still hasn't shipped. When I emailed customer service about a week after ordering with no update still, Mattie said to give their warehouse 48-72 hours to ship it. I waited. Nothing. I emailed again to say if it's not shipping this week, I want a refund. Haven't heard anything back yet. This is just ridiculous. I want the part I ordered or I want my money back. I'm not going to allow them to rip me off. I will contact the BBB and a lawyer if they want to play this game. Very disappointed and angry.

I wish I would have looked up their reviews before ordering. I ordered two heater arms and they sent one. Tried calling... No one answers the phone. I got an email 3 days after I sent one saying they were looking into it and still have not heard anything back. Very unprofessional and non-responsive. I do not recommend using them. *Update * I finally received my missing part. 3 weeks later. So they get 2 stars instead of one. Just not happy with the whole experience.

I ordered a clutch pedal for a Ford F350.. waited weeks and no delivery.. I sent an inquiry.. they canceled my order and to this day no refund, ... NO REFUND.. They are thieves!!!! AVOID THEM Dont get taken by this scam company.
