The extended shipping time you experienced may be a result of your part requiring special ordering. While we try to keep as many parts in stock as possible, every so often we have to place an order for a part that we do not have on hand. We apologize for the extended shipping time and hope to earn the opportunity to better serve you in the future!

We are consistently improving our business and your feedback certainly serves to gain more insight into what we can do better as a company. The lack of communication on this order does not meet the standards that we strive to set here at GetOEMparts.com. With that being said, I would like to point out that a customer service representative reached out to you on the 10th of February to inform you of your backorder and the subsequent delay in shipping. Fortunately, we were able to ship out your parts within 5 days of this notice. Again we apologize for any lack of communication and hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

Unfortunately, given the information provided, we were unable to locate your order within our system to diagnose any complications that may have occurred with your order. With this being said, we would like to add that it is highly unlikely that your part was not shipped from our facilities.
