We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations or our standards. it should be noted, we did ship your parcel on Feb 15th. Unfortunately, USPS has been completely inundated with orders over the past couple of months. This has resulted in longer than average shipping times and occasionally lost orders. When we looked into your order, it appears as if your product may have been lost in transit to you. We did issue a refund but we completely understand how this situation can result in frustration for both parties involved. Unfortunately, USPS has been completely inundated with orders over the past couple of months. This has resulted in a longer than average shipping time. Regrettably, we cannot control operations within the USPS system and as a result, have little practical recourse to influence the delivery of your shipment. In a situation like this, you may receive the best results by calling your local USPS distribution center to ensure your parcel is accounted for and ready to ship.
