Hello Michael, Thank you for taking the time to provide us a review of our service and we appreciate your sentiment towards supporting small businesses. If you wouldn't mind, We would love to shed some light on why your product may have arrived a little later than intended. After reviewing your order, we noticed that the part you had ordered, required special ordering. The process of ordering in back-ordered products normally takes about 3-5 business days to arrive at our facilities. While we always strive to have as much stock on hand at any given time, our catalog of products is rather extensive and every once in a while, special ordered products are required to fulfill our service to our customers. Please note that we have also posted disclaimers to the cart page of our website to dissuade possible customers from shipping via USPS as they've been completely inundated with orders, these past couple of months. Our mission and primary objective are to provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service and quality OEM parts at a cheap price, shipped out fast. While we may have come up short on our goal, on this particular order, please understand that we are consistently working to, Hire more staff and implement innovative ways to better serve our customers. Again we appreciate your feedback and hope to earn the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

We took a look into your order to determine where we may have made a mistake. We would like to re-assure you of the fact, that we have shipped your product. With that being said we regret to inform you, that the shipping facility in the region you ordered your part to has been hopelessly overwhelmed since the holidays. We have actually received multiple status inquiries pertaining to orders shipping to the same region. At this point, the best course of action may be to file a claim with USPS.
