I ordered a couple pairs back in October this year, your social media ads got to me. And wore one pair already with this recent cold snap. Everyone thought they were normal hose and I was freezing - nope! I was quite warm, thank-you!

I ordered Noosh tights as I have never found a pair that didn’t rip after one wear or were uncomfortable. I placed one order and put them on as soon as I got them! They are so comfortable and I ended up placing another order immediately!

I bought 3 pairs in the correct size according to the website. I’m 5’8” 120 lbs so ordered a medium. They are gigantic. The fleece lined tights are comfortable but i brought them to wear on a trip to Paris and while walking around the city, I spent the whole day yanking them up bc they dropped to my knees permanently. It was so frustrating. The semi opaque black tights ripped after the first wear. The customer service is awful and make the return process difficult. Do yourself a favor and get tights from a reputable brand. This is instagram fashion, I fell for it, and it’s a horrible waste of money.

Submitting a claim through the portal takes less than two minutes, and the replacement pair is usually shipped for free the same day. Regarding sizing, while our size chart is accurate for the vast majority of customers, different body types may cause some variations. Because of this, we allow our customers to try, exchange, or return any of our products. Please check your email; our team contacted you several times to try to resolve your issues on the best possible terms, but you did not respond. First things first: I’m thick: big booty, a tummy, and long acrylic nails. These fit like a freaking glove! I was scared they’d rip with my long nails and low patience but NOPE! I had them on all night long and even used the restroom and was able to to put them back on. They are so comfortable. Bc of my belly I was afraid they’d roll and even worse, squeeze my belly and show a bulge- NOPE! They sat on my frame so smoothly and my belly was not squished at all. It really becomes one with your frame. They feel like they’re not even there which personally is how I like my tights! I plan to get more for sure!

I'm still fuming as I write this review. I purchased Noosh tights expecting comfort and durability, but what I got was a pair of flimsy, rip-apart-at-the-seams disaster. Literally 2 hours after wearing them for the first time, they ripped while I was pulling them up after using the bathroom. I'm a self-described skinny person, so if they can't handle my slender frame, who's exactly are they catering to? The real kicker was the customer service experience. When I reached out to report the issue, they asked me to file a claim. Easy enough, right? Wrong. When I tried to file the claim, I was told it's not possible. Are you kidding me? That's like saying "sorry, we don't actually care about our customers." Needless to say, I will never be purchasing from Noosh again. Their tights are an insult to the fashion world, and their customer service is nonexistent. Save your money and look elsewhere. One star isn't even enough, but I'll give it to them for effort. *Rating Breakdown:* - Quality: 0/10 (ripped after 2 hours, are you serious?) - Comfort: 2/10 (felt like I was wearing nothing) - Customer Service: -5/10 (asked to file a claim, then said no) - Value: 0/10 (don't waste your money) *UPDATE:* I've attached a photo of the ripped tights as proof. Don't bother trying to contact me, I've already moved on from this nightmare. Would you like me to suggest alternative tights brands or help you with anything else?
