Submitting a claim through the portal takes less than two minutes, and the customer receives a shipping label immediately after entering their information. The link is available on our Shipping and Returns page, our FAQ page, and you can get it right away by asking our team via live chat. If you encounter any problems with the portal, our customer service team is available to help you via live chat or email. We do not believe that hiding the return and exchange process is beneficial because it moves us closer to our goal of 100% satisfied customers.
