I like the softness of the tights. I purchased them based on my weight. Unfortunately they are a little too long. I purchased L/ XL. I am 5’1 and weigh 177 Overall I am happy with them in spite of the gapping at my ankles

I am updating my previous rating getting a customer service response was difficult requiring multiple attempts. However, when I was finally connected with a customer service representative through email the problem was resolved. Noosh provided me with the product I was attempting to order. Their products are of excellent quality. Accessing customer support is complicated.

I HATE wearing a bra, which is why I bought Noosh NIPS Lift. I like the color and the thin edges, but the round bubble in the middle is something I did not expect. I thought they would be flatter; that's how they appeared in the reel in which a woman had one on her arm and water was streaming over it. I bought the smallest size but it feels too big.

The customer service is responsive and helpful. I was disappointed to discover the fit is so different between the Classic and Gloss tights (the Classic tights in my correct size were rolling down to my knees) and because the 2 styles differ in price, you can't do an even exchange. Instead I opted to do a return for store credit that will probably just sit there 'til Gloss goes on sale again. After my initial excitement about their products, I'm less enthused with the price, durability and fit. Two of the pairs that fit well got runs from the top down with one pair also getting a hole on the knee after about 3 or 4 wears. That's about the same mileage you get out of supermarket hosiery, but instead I paid 5x as much. They have a quick and easy warranty process, but I don't want to spend all my time returning the tights, I just want to wear them for more than 2 weeks. The size range is decent, but the color options and inclusivity of skin tones is unmatched. But if I can only wear them a few times, those features aren't that helpful.

The play gloss tights are beautiful but not durable. I have ordered several pair and every single one has ripped. Unable to submit warranty claim because of how many times I submitted and the time frame.I hate that they match my skin perfectly. The original tights are great! They just don’t have any shine. Most of the play gloss I couldn’t wear because they ripped as I put them on.

It says "run resistant" but I assure u they aren't. Im on my 5th pair of sheer and 2nd pair of gloss. The sheer holds up way better than the gloss. They always run from the top of the booty and down both sides. Also add toe holes. The runs have not made it past my knees, but if I'm re-using for a short skirt, it's a wrap. Nails or no nails, it rips. I only keep coming back because the color match is amazing. As a flight attendant i need durability but these are becoming a bi- monthly bill. 5 stars for the color match with Tartufo. 2 stars for durability.

I love the tights, but I’ve had two now that rip on the first wear. For the amount you pay and they advertise rip proof it’s a little disappointing.
