Edit: CS contacted me and refunded my order since all my tights ripped. Adding back stars for the excellent customer service. The tights really do fit better than anything I’ve ever worn! Might have better luck with the semi-opaque ones if you fit in the very small size range offered for those. Original: Ripped on the first wear. Customer service sent a replacement pair… which also ripped on the first wear. I have short nails and don’t wear jewelry. These tights fit perfect if you use the size chart, truly amazing! So comfy! Just beware of the longevity.

I wanted to love this brand so much. Unfortunately, their customer service is terrible and I would not recommend to anyone. I received the wrong shade for my tights, emailed them asking about a return - it’s been over 2 weeks and I have heard NOTHING back. Upon checking their website, you can’t even click on the reviews to see what customers have said- this leaves me to believe they’re fake. PLEASE DO NOT BUY! Save your money, time, and mental energy. Buy tights from amazon- if you don’t like them, at least you can get in touch with exceptional customer service and get your refund.

Very bad customer service. Please don’t waste your money on this company. I got their tights which doesn’t fit. I emailed them and till date I am yet to get a response on how to return the product

bought a pair of tights, they ripped before i even got them over my calves all the way and i did not want an exchange. they did not give me a refund for tights i couldn't even wear once, even with photo proof and an offer to return them if they really wanted me to. literally the worst customer service.

I wanted to leave a positive review for this company because the initial quality seemed decent. However, after just one use, a dime-sized hole appeared on the left hip where the tights are reinforced. By the time I returned from my trip, the hole had developed into a significant run, making the tights unwearable. I contacted the company within 30 days of purchase to request a replacement. Initially, they assured me they’d provide one, but then demanded a photo of the damaged item. Unfortunately, I had already discarded the ripped tights, as they were beyond repair. Despite explaining the situation, the company ultimately refused to honor the replacement, citing the lack of a photo. This experience was highly disappointing, as I expected better customer service for a product that failed after a single use. Unfortunately, this was a waste of money, and I will not recommend this company to others.
