NooshReviews of getnoosh.com

Getnoosh’s team was so helpful with my package. I had mistyped my address and they were super helpful in making sure I received the package. The tights are perfect fits and look so good. Thank you!

Noosh replace a leggings that tore the first time I used it. They were quick to respond and they made it right. I really loved their fleece leggings, they make your legs look nice and they have compression. Thanks Noosh for making it right!

Quick and friendly customer service! I had an issue with a pair of tights and they made it right :) thank you, NOOSH!

I’m a flight attendant and I love the play-gloss in mocha. I’m 5’4, 127 lbs and am a size xs/s. I always get compliments when I wear them with my uniform. I like them versus the other ones I used to wear cause they have that “snatched” feature around the waist, it’s not too tight but smooths things out versus the other ones would just dig into my skin and leave a line. The only issue I had was I poked a hole in some trying to get them on because I have long nails! Other than that, love them and highly recommend!

Great colors and fit! Great customer service, thank you guys for everything

I ordered a pair of sheer brown tights in size S/M on October 20th for my Halloween costume. Noosh sent me a black pair of fleece lined tights in size XS/S. I reached out immediately since I needed my order for a costume and the team initially replied asking me to confirm my shipping address which I thought was odd, seeing as an order did arrive to the correct address, it just wasn’t the correct item. I confirmed my address, and then heard back again the next day asking for photos of the item I received - which I immediately provided. It’s now November 4th and Noosh hasnt replied to any of the emails I’ve sent over the last week. Today I created a new request through their “contact us” form on the website and did receive a reply saying my case was escalated to a “special team” to figure out what happened. If Noosh has logistic issues with their warehouse team, that is their problem and should be handled on their own time. Making their customers wait for a resolution (either providing a refund or sending the correct item) is ridiculous. Especially when they just quit replying after requesting photos, and address confirmation, providing zero context as to what is happening or what to expect and customers have to chase down an update my opening a new ticket. The tights are great, but the experience is a nightmare. I will be switching to SheerTex just to avoid dealing with this brand that clearly spends all their budget on marketing and leaves nothing for post-sale support.

Great quality and fit, these tights were so comfy and didn’t require any readjusting.

Great product!!! Will only buy these from now on!
