Getlabs provides and delivers first class service. Highly recommend for those of us who cannot get to a facility for in-person testing because they come to you.

Horrible. Had an early morning window for fasting labs, nobody ever showed, no call, no text to say they were late, nothing. The only way to contact them is thru an AI chatbot. I will say, the only positive thing was that someone called me back right away when I asked for a phone call through the chatbot, and they told me they would refund my money ASAP, so we'll see if that happens. But still, will never use this service again.

They called ahead were very patient and professional and accommodated to a supplementary test that was ordered by the doctor at the last minute the day before. It is truly a great service

Communication was top notch! Angela arrived when she said she would. She was professional and friendly. She is an excellent phlebotomist. I barely felt the needle. It literally didn't hurt at all. Having her come to my home was so convenient. I would recommend Getlabs to anyone.

They notified me before the day, texted me an eta and the technician was excellent, caring and courteous.

The communication regarding my upcoming appointment was so helpful. The professional was on time, very pleasant yet professional and did a phenomenal job taking my blood quickly and painlessly.
