So easy! So professional! No waiting in a busy waiting room with a bunch of potentially sick people. The very professional phlebotomist comes to your house, does the blood draw (without leaving a bruise) and is gone in less than 10 minutes. (And, they keep you posted on their ETA so you don't spend the whole day stuck at home waiting. )
