It is very easy to schedule appointments. Technicians arrive at appointed times and let you know when they are arriving. Technicians are professional and caring. Results come back in a timely manner.

Getlabs appears to be a great option at first. They come to your home and collect a blood specimen. However, they charge a hefty fee, upwards of $99. Customer beware. That fee is only for the tech to show up. It does not include them actually drawing labs. I used this service, and the lab technician was not able to successfully draw the blood sample after several sticks. She was pleasant, but I was paying for a service. She stated she needed to cancel the appointment because it was an unsuccessful attempt. I understand that. However, when I contacted customer service requesting a refund of the charge, they stated because the tech showed up, the visit was complete and they could not issue a refund. So be aware, the fee is not actually for a blood draw. If you need the labs to be completed, I would go with another company before paying the hefty fee.

It was so easy to schedule the appointment and the technician came directly to where I work. It was quick and simple, super convenient and very professional. This is by far the best way to get labs done.

The technician was first class. Professional , on time and the whole experience was great. I will absolutely use getlabs in future and will pass on my experience to my friends and family.

The Mobile Phlebotomist was a sweetheart. She was very, empathetic, polite, professional and made the entire process go by so fast I was amazed. She did an amazing job!!!
