Fast easy and professional My tech was fantastic

During the whole process the specialist Shevette made me feel comfortable and reassured, she cared for me and made me and my grandma laugh even though getting my blood work done was scary for me. She was great and made sure I was okay before she left.

Diamond was extremely professional and was in and out of my home within minutes. Blood drawn, cleaned up her area and was precise with her draw! Will definitely have her back for my next blood test!

I have used Getlabs several times for my husband and myself. With so many labs going out of business it’s difficult to get an appointment that’s isn’t two to three weeks out. Getlabs is convenient and has friendly experienced phlebotomists. I would definitely recommend them!

I booked a blood draw with GetLab for my elderly mother. They cancelled the first appointment then showed up late the the rescheduled appointment. After they drew her blood, the lab results were never found. When I requested an investigation online through the Get Labs website, (they have no customer service phone number so you can not talk to a person)the response I got was that "the lab reports that the sample was lost. There is no record at the lab of having received the blood sample"! Do not use! There is no accountability or standard operating procedure. I was simply told that once the lab tech drops the sample at the Lab "Anything can happen at that point"
