Love this company! Comes straight to my house and that is so wonderful because I have so much anxiety going to get it done.

What a great service. The Tech arrived on time, was very kind and although I’m a hard stick, she got me quickly. The only negative is the price. It’s much too high. I highly recommend GetLabs.

I’m extremely disappointed in the way this company operates. I reached out ahead of time to confirm whether they performed drug testing, and was told yes — so I paid and scheduled my test for 6AM. When I arrived, the staff member had no idea where my results would be coming from or how I would receive them, which was immediately concerning. After multiple follow-up emails, I finally received a vague response saying my results had been sent directly to my doctor. When I met with my doctor, he informed me that no drug testing was included in the report at all. The entire process was a complete mess — characterized by poor communication, a lack of basic knowledge, no accountability, and an unacceptable wait for answers. Absolutely not worth the time, stress, or money. EDIT: It has been 4 days since I received the request for more information (which I submitted the same day). There has been no new communication between me and GetLabs. Seems like they just sent you for more information to "look good" on reviews.

Oscar was PHENOMENAL! I usually faint- they can't find a vein etc. I have never in my life had a positive blood draw experience until today!
