Valerie, the lady I had from get labs was on time very informed very easy-going with taking the blood but the needle in was on it about all the information to give me how things are done just awesome. She was the best.

From setting the appointment to the test it self was painless. Very professional and were on time. Definitely would recommend them to family and friends

I hate getting my blood work done. I hate hate having to wait in a busy office to be called. I discovered Getlabs on labcorp web site. I got an appointment right away since I had to fast. I picked 7-9 am and Janette was here just after 7. She was professional and knew exactly what she was doing. Within 10 minutes she was leaving to her next appointment. This is the only way to.go.

Wish I could leave ZERO stars. I had a specific 8am-10am window scheduled, and I was fasting. At 9:40am the phlebotomist called to tell me she was in another city far away, and had been assigned another patient to meet with, and maybe she would be able to get to me by 11am. Unacceptable, as I was told my blood needed to be drawn by 10am, on the third day of my menstrual cycle. I had to get on with my work day and meet with my own patients from 11am onward. HORRIBLE service! Getlabs obviously does not care about the patient's time or the massive inconvenience their poor planning and lack of consideration has caused me. I will never work with them again, and neither should any other company. I'm also leaving the service that contracted with Getlabs because this poor experience is also a reflection upon them as well. Avoid this company at all costs.

Fantastic experience my tech was very good at getting the blood in one time. I use this service every time I have a blood test and every tech has been professional. They are in an out in 10 minutes. They are pricey.

Karina, today’s specialist, was super cool and super lovely. This is my third appointment with Getlabs and each specialist I’ve had has been very professional, kind, and pleasant to work with. I love the convenience of having them come to my home or work depending on my schedule, and each time the specialist is perfectly on time or early. Very rare for me to feel 100% satisfied in every way with a service like this, but here we are.
