This is an amazing service! The phlebotomist was pleasant, professional, and on time! For $59 I don’t have to sit in a germ infested, waiting room for hours. I posted all over my Facebook page, and my friends were blown away that this service was even available. Highly recommend!

GetLabs is the WORST! i am a kidney transplant patient and we live and die by the lab results. This mobile labs LOST my order and there is NO ONE to call since they do not have a live customer number. Instead, Getlabs "text" back when they get around to it and rarely email back anything. I reached out by all possible methods to inquire about my labs whereabouts. I begged them, to please call me to help me locating my labs. The reply was "we will investigate and get back to you in 3 business days"? what kind of business doesn't have a customer service phone number ? this is a not the type of business that can wait 3 days for a reply! It’s a mobile blood drawing service! DO NOT SPEND THE MONEY, use another mobile lab. You won’t get any help from Getlabs if something goes wrong! If you need labs timely and definitively, select any other mobile service. Not this one.

Omayra was actually phenomenal. She was so casual yet professional at the same time. Casual enough for me to feel comfortable, but professional at the same time. I will only ever use get labs anytime I need bloodwork.
