Super friendly and experienced technician, extremely convenient and fast!

They charged me $99. Told me they might come as early as 7 am on monday. So I fasted and woke up and got ready - then they messaged me 15 minutes before the earliest time they said- saying my appointment was rescheduled to Thursday. Thursday wasn't even an option for me! The whole reason for paying so much is not having to wait! I canceled and found an appointment at a Walgreens location the next morning. I don't remember the exact date. It was last month.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and it is difficult for me to walk so having a phlebotomist come to me is something I need. The phlebotomist was wonderful, one of the best blood draws ever.

Communication was great. Scheduling was simple, easy, and fast. Mahogany was very prompt, polite, and professional, and she did a great job.

If I could leave zero, I would. It is unsafe to use this company if you have a loved one with anything besides standard needs for a blood draw. I made them well aware in advance that my teenage son has cerebral palsy and profound hearing loss, and is severely medically fragile. They sent a completely unqualified phlebotomist to draw his labs. She arrived with no mask on and proceeded to blow his vein using an unqualified technique and a butterfly needle that was too large. She said she could draw his labs if he would just stay still for a second—my nonverbal son, who I’d already informed them, has hearing loss, cerebral palsy, and developmental delays. We have just come out of a hospitalization for severe anemia. The doctor is checking his labs frequently to monitor his hemoglobin count. When his retaining every drop of blood possible is imperative, she made him bleed all over a towel, the floor, and gauze she grabbed to clean up. This company is absolutely unqualified to handle complex cases. She blew his best vein, could not find another, and I have to drive him an hour to the hospital tomorrow, after it all, to professionals who are used to the veins of children. There are simple portable tools, like Accuvein, that can be used to view children's veins because they are largely too small to palpate. My son was traumatized and left crying, and after requesting a callback to complain about their horrible business model because they have no customer service phone number available for consumers to call, they simply sent me an email stating that my money was refunded. Needless to say, the callous lack of communication and recognition of their horrible execution of my son’s appointment added insult to literal injury.
