Alexis was really friendly and did a great job with my son. She was calm and informative during the entire process. She is also soft handed with a needle and my son was comfortable during the many vials he had to have filled. Everything was really easy from start to finish and I would definitely use Getlabs again. I set up an appointment and uploaded the labs my provider ordered prior to the appointment. They did not draw two of the labs that my provider wanted, one of which was especially important because it has been abnormal in the past and my provider is monitoring it. I have been trying to get in touch with somebody with the company for days and it is impossible to reach an actual human. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional.

Tammy came to us today and she was absolutely fantastic. My 9 year old has been dreading this all week and building it up in her head how bad it would be and even though she was still scared, Tammy made it so much easier for her and a gentle experience.
