Technician cancelled from my driveway at 8:45 this morning for an 8 to 10am window. They didn't knock or ring the doorbell (I have a doorbell camera so it's not possible I missed it). I saw them park and went to get my son. When I went to the door, they had already gone and I was receiving my cancelation email. Expected arrival was 8:41am in the email so very certain it was them. Highly unprofessional and angering because it's a Friday i can't get an appointment anywhere else anytime soon.

Great service

The GetLab technician Jessica, who arrived at our home today was absolutely professional, courteous, and happy. She was exactly on time. She took the time to speak with my husband. It was a very enjoyable experience for someone who is housebound to have someone who cares. GetLab is fortunate to have Jessica as an employee, and I hope that she is recognized for her merit.

The service was quick, efficient and Quintara, my phlebotomist, was very kind and the blood draw was pain free. I appreciated her patience in meeting with me as well. Thank you!

Easy to schedule; lots of current openings as opposed to Labcorp, who are usually filled out at least 2 weeks. Their rep, Angel, was wonderful. Polite, professional and friendly; couldn't ask for more. Very happy with Getlabs.
