I had blood drawn on 2/10/25. It supposedly was taken to LabCorp. The results are no where to be found. LabCorp says they never received blood work for me. Now I have to go and do them all over again. I thought I was doing myself a favor so I didn’t have to go out in all the ice and snow. I need an explanation please. I paid the $99 for this service.

I can’t recommend enough! Had trouble getting a place to draw my lab kits. Getlabs came to my home and got it done! Very friendly and professional.

This is our 2nd time utilizing Getlabs services. This time was every bit as excellent as the 1st. Rebecca, our phlebotomist, was on time, personable, quick, and painless. My husband was extremely satisfied.

Our phlebotomist, Christine, was fabulous! She arrived bright and early. Her competence turned this experience from something that is usually painful and miserable, into a pain-free, almost cheerful appointment. I usually leave the lab covered with bandages due to the 5 or 6 times it takes the phlebotomist to do a blood draw. Not this morning. With one stick, that I barely felt, she drew 7 blood collection tubes full!! My husband's experience was equal to mine. We will never go to a lab again! Would rate TEN stars if possible.

I have used them several times. The only way to get your labs done .They come to you at your convenience. No waiting at the lab.Great professional personnel. More than worth the small fee.

Extremely poor service and communication. I scheduled an appointment for my husband, who is currently ill and unable to travel. After paying and providing all required information, I received an email saying they were missing the lab orders. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, no one answers calls, returns messages, or confirms receipt of the faxed orders. Their AI chat is useless. Very unprofessional and unreliable, especially for a healthcare-related service. Would not recommend.

Easy to do lab work at home. Person doing blood draw was pleasant, on time and excellent.

I work from home, but no longer drive. Being able to get this service at home saved me from inconveniencing my wife, or costing me the price of an Uber to go sit and wait. The technician arrived right on time during the scheduled window and was extremely polite and respectful of my home. Well worth the time and effort for this service thank you.
