Had a Keysmart Pro for years, worked great. Upgraded to Keysmart Max and device had some technical issues. Contacted company and with some quick verification of the issue they shipped out a replacement device asap. Pleased with the support from this company.

I ordered a KeySmart Original from their website to be shipped to Belgium. Upon arrival I got the message that I had to pay more than the price of the item to let the package pass at customs. I refused and let the package be returned. I tried to contact the KeySmart team but since then I have not yet received an answer about reimbursement of my money. I'm a little disappointed because I have sent multiple mails trying to get in contact, but without a single reply. I hope to somehow in the near future get a reply, even just to know that someone read my mails, because quite frankly I have lost all hope by now.

Terrible product, terrible company. Got their backpack as a gift. Used it for a year before the zippers on the outer shell broke. Contacted the company to claim a refund/replacement but was told they no longer sold this product (strange that it is still listed on their amazon store though) so they would give me a discount voucher instead. Not good enough. Basically I am left holding the bag for a rubbish product where the warranty isn’t worth the paper it is written on. Stay away!

We really like the product that we purchased. Unfortunately, a piece broke and it became unusable. However, upon contacting the company, they quickly offered us a free replacement, and with such a friendly and warm attitude. We were so impressed with the customer service and happy to go back to using the product.

I bought the KeySmart Max on Amazon. Unfortunately, it was faulty. I contacted the company, and they sent a new unit to me in Bahrain. The support for KeySmart is exemplary and the replacement works like a dream.
