I got super support! There is no question too trivial, or too difficult that these support ninjas will not take their time to crack and answer. Need help? You can definitely count on this team. Go, ninjas! Thanks to getting me close to my KeySmart.

They went above and beyond. That's rare today.

I purchased STATIK magnetic charging cord for my iPhone and iPad. I loved it but after 3 weeks it started slowing down charging or not connecting. I sent an email to the company and within one week they had replaced it. Sometimes you get a product that doesn’t work and no back up from company, not in this case. I suggest you try these magnetic charging cords, they’re so much better

Excellent service! I had one of the first Keysmart that came out very long time ago and still using it. Recently, I’ve decided to upgrade to a more rugged version where I could also add some accessories such as scissors, knife…. Just received my package to appreciate the quality of the product but they accidentally omit to include the Rugged Key Holder! I’ve send an email explaining my issue and within half an hour our so, they already responded and prepared a shipment for my missing article! Truly impressed! Thanks you Keysmart! ☺️

Andressa was so helpful. I had a warranty claim with my Keysmart ipro and it was replaced quickly and easily, no questions asked. They really stand behind their products. Great customer service!
