Took some months, missed transparent and timely communication, still a happy end
Update: After a bit more than two months we have been contacted and received 'quick' help, an apology (in addition to the one below), a we're sorry voucher and even our order. It needed to be shipped to Germany(twice because we moved in the meantime) and all in all in took about 3 month but it's done now. We would have appreciated some more communication on the way. Despite all troubles, we'd like to highlight the quality of the product, which we're happy with. Original post: After good experiences with their products some yeaes ago, we odered some products in August since the old ones stopped working and had been informed that it would arrive until September 11. That was almost a month ago. We haven't heard anything. Multiple attemps with varying attitudes if contacting customer support remained futile. They suggest to message them on instagram, which we did and got actually a response asking for details. We were then told that a representative has been assigned to our case. We neber heard anything else. We do not know if that representative is even real... All in all we feel scammed.

Unfortunately, the goods never reached me, but according to tracking back to the supplier. This is bad. Nice and helpful contact with a very quick refund. That's good.
