I purchased the 7-liter model and the motor stopped working after six months. I made over five attempts to contact Selene Pets customer service and they NEVER received a single response. If you are looking to spend your money, I recommend looking elsewhere. Their warranty doesn't mean anything if they won't respond. I did get a response from Selene. I’ll update this complaint once this gets resolved. As of end of day on 9/14, this updated email was sent to Selene: On 9/12 I completed all troubleshooting and sent the videos Selene requested. I was told to expect a response on 9/13, and have heard nothing since. My motor needs to be replaced under warranty. Order #28317 was purchased on 1/18/26 and I have the email receipt to prove it. I have provided everything asked for. The company has now stopped responding to my warranty claim entirely. I would caution others about the lack of support after purchase. As of 9/15, Selene has NOT responded to my warranty request! As of 9/16, Warranty Replacement Needed - Order #28317 - 8th email/issue. Selene has not responded AGAIN. Here is what was said: “I had hoped to have heard from your Organization, but unfortunately no one from your organization, has made the effort to rectify the situation. The BBB is my next move!” Doug Henriksen As of 9/26/26 Selene acknowledged the defective pump and sent a new one. It is unfortunate that customers have to wait for such a long period for them to react and get back to customers in a timely manner!

Love this water dish
Love this water dish . Easy to clean and with four dogs I don’t need to fill it twice a day. As far as the dish not getting slime build up I still get some .

Finn loves his water drinker
Finn loves his water drinker, I see him drinking more water now then ever! The the only thing I need is a water proof mat for under it, water splashes everywhere and my wood floors are not happy. Just ordered on Amazon!

I have sent 3 emails to cancel the subscription for health bundle. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE!!! They are not responding. They tell you to go to their customer portal to cancel anytime, WHERE IS THAT EXACTLY??

Selene sent me on 8 -25 a damage lid tried contacting thru emails no response until Lastweek after many emails finally offered replacement today is 9-10 still no replacement lid.

It took two weeks for the fountain JUST…
It took two weeks for the fountain JUST to ship. We got the dental tooth stuff BEFORE we even got the fountain. Now another week for it to be delivered. It's just like any other metal fountain I have found out. Nothing actually goes above and beyond then any other SUS 304 grade metal fountain. I advise to clean at least once a week. Especially if you have more then just one pet. Should never take that long to ship out a product. I think that's what disgusted me the most with the review. I literally thought I got scammed because of how long it took. You guys need to improve your shipping times because it sounds like they're just fiddling thumbs half the time in the warehouse or production floor. Especially since it isn't even coming internationally.

This bowl has been a game changer for…
This bowl has been a game changer for my dog. He used to constantly have an itchy chin from his stainless steel bowl because he would shove his whole face into it, making it consistently wet. With the Selene Bowl, his itchy chin is no more!
