I hated washing the dogs water bowl and…
I hated washing the dogs water bowl and finding the slime whether the bowl had been siting for 1 day or more, so the idea of fresh water was definitely intriguing. I did my best to have a water system for my family, so I knew my fur babies needed more especially as senior dogs, I wanted them to have continued long life. Thank you, Selene pet, for their fresh start & fresh water.

My dog loves his fountain
My dog loves his fountain! He was a bit hesitant at first, I think wondering why the water starts flowing each time he walks by. But now he seems to really like it and is drinking water more often than with his previous bowl. I love seeing that! Also, I needed to contact customer service regarding filters. I received a quick response back, within the same hour. Mind you I did reach out during business hours, so not sure that all correspondence gets handled as quickly outside of those hours, but I sure appreciated the responsiveness! I would recommend this product and company to all my fur family friends!

I’m impressed with the set-up and ease…
I’m impressed with the set-up and ease of using this product. I’ve researched other fountains and this is the one that fits my needs. My mini Doxie needs a low to ground bowl that he will want to drink fresh water from. Customer Service is quick to respond with any questions I have. So, here’s to happy drinking!

Happy Campers and Pets …

The initial delivery was a bit hit and…
The initial delivery was a bit hit and miss coming in stages, but once everything was here it was easy to set up and get running. My dogs loved it from the start and the now lack of dog slime in the water is great. Overall I/my dogs love this product. Customer service are also quick to get back to you and help.

I came across an ad for Selene for…
I came across an ad for Selene for their medical grade dog water bowls. I was easily able to redeem their offer of $70 off, and I had specific questions about their tooth/dental cleaning drops so I reached out to the via their website and received a response almost immediately regarding the safety of the drops In epileptic pups, and Jane kindly included all the ingredients used for the drops so I can easily consult my vet before deciding whether or not to use them. I am still working on trying to buy the fountain, however, Jane and the Selene team have blown me away by the prompt response even when I had a second question, Jane responded immediately to me. You honestly don’t see customer service anymore hardly, so I’m very grateful for the level of customer service and will definitely be making a purchase. Once I get it, I will definitely leave a review again to let others know how well it works to yep keep everyone honestly informed. Thanks again Jane at Selene!
