Hi Paul, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this — it truly made our day! 🐶🐱 We love hearing that your dogs and cats are enjoying the fountain (and we’re especially glad it’s keeping everyone out of the toilet 😄). That moment when pets discover running water is always so fun — your cat “playing first, then drinking” gave us a smile. We’re also really happy to hear the stainless steel bowl is helping keep the water cool and that we were able to help you upgrade to the 7L smoothly. Taking care of fellow pet parents is something we genuinely care about, so your kind words about our customer service mean a lot to us. Thank you again for trusting us with your pets’ hydration — give all five of them a little extra love from us! 💙🐾 -The Selene Team

Hi Roman, Thanks so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that your dogs are loving the fountain and staying hydrated — that’s exactly what we hoped for. 🐾💧 We appreciate your note about the power converter. ☺️ The fountain works with any standard USB adapter, so even a phone charger will do the trick. Still, we love hearing feedback like yours and will keep it in mind for future improvements! Thanks again for your kind words and recommendation! — The Selene Team
