The ring fits great and is super durable. I left through a secure steel door and my ring accidentally scraped along its surface. I was worried the ring was damaged, but when I looked. It was the door that was scratched and my ring was fine!

I ordered a ring with plenty of time for my wedding, I paid for expedited shipping just in case it didn’t fit I’d have time to exchange it. Well they didn’t expedite it even though I paid for it. I had ordered a 12 but when the order came in it was way too big. Confused I emailed them to order smaller, she emailed me back and said they sent me a 13.5, so I sent a screenshot of my receipt showing 12. She was out of stock on my ring so I picked a different one. I emailed them on the 8th when I finally received it, now it’s saying my ring won’t be here until the 22nd. My wedding is the 20th and I informed customer service that in the email. Again I paid for expedited shipping. Now I have no ring for my wedding.

Ring came in a reasonable time frame. It was a little too small so I emailed them to exchange and they replied promptly. hassle free and the new ring is already on route. will recommend this company to anyone.

Just found out that gentlebands is based in China and doesn't use family run workshops. You can find the same rings on aliexpress for a fraction of the price. I really wish I had done my research before buying from them, now im finding it impossible to sort out a return! Avoid!

Amazing! Bought my husbands wedding ring almost a year ago. He needed it resizing, Sarah at Gentlebands offered to send a new ring instead, at the correct size. She was quick to respond, very polite and helpful, no questions asked. Overall, a very pleasant and easy experience . Would 100% recommend. I didn’t have an issue throughout the entire process.

Fantastic company. Ordered a ring and it looked great. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Reached out and they had a new ring on its way the same day, free of charge.

I'm still trying to get in contact about the ring I've just ordered for my husband it was three days ago I got a bogus tracking number that was only 5 numbers im trying to actually get a legit tracking number..idk who to contact because there's not a legit number...i need answers because im beginning to think this site is a scam

This is a poorly made ring and an even worse customer service experience. I purchased a ring for my husband, and it literally fell apart while still in the packaging. Instead of taking responsibility for a defective product and issuing a refund, the company repeatedly pushed me to select a replacement ring. At no point did they seem interested in actually listening to my concerns or resolving the issue I brought to them. Their customer service was incredibly pushy, dismissive, and focused on selling me another product rather than making things right. A ring should not fall apart before it’s even worn. I expected better quality and better treatment as a customer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on either the product quality or the customer service experience.
